Our client is a market leading international operations company with a nucleus of professional staff based at their Head Office, in Ross-On-Wye. The company and culture are quite unique - a blend of highly professional, profit focused capability with the reward of making a highly valuable contribution to society on the world stage.
Due to their ongoing growth, they seek to appoint a capable and diligent Recruitment Administrator. The nature of their work is highly project focused and would see the successful candidate working closely with international operations to help source and select field contractors for live projects and bid requirements and provide administrative support to the team.
- Produce and update corporate CVs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Field contractor pre-vetting including CV and telephone/Skype/MS Teams conversations
- Network and source prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements
- Maintain open lines of communication and positive working relationships with field contractors
- Maintain a current and effective high-profile professional networking platform
- Ensure adherence to GDPR processes and regulations
