We’re looking for someone who can join our clients thriving technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing, enhancing, improving and maintaining the SCADA Systems. The suitable candidates will provide technical support for SCADA applications within a gas utility environment.
Other responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for SCADA applications within a gas utility environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents on integration workflows e.g. SFTP adaptor, API connectivity etc.
- Contribute to application support projects, ensuring timely issue resolution.
What we’re looking for:
- Collaborate with onsite and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Conduct system checks and maintenance activities.
- Contribute to support documentation and training materials.
What you will bring:
- 8-10 years of experience supporting SCADA/OT applications in the utilities sector.
- Deep expertise in SCADA systems architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex application, network (SFTP, TCP/IP), and API integration issues.
- Strong understanding of OT security best practices and vulnerability remediation.
- Proficient with OT protocols (DNP3, OPC, Modbus) and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
