As a Senior Designer - Insights and Data Visualisation, you will work closely with Data and Analytics (DnA) and market commercial teams to build compelling campaign insights and high-impact assets that engage clients and drive results. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and visual impact.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing, DnA, and Trading teams to support integrated campaign insights with high-quality design assets. Maintain and update the data visualization library and templates to ensure consistency and ease of use across teams.
- Brand Storytelling: Translate insight strategies into cohesive visual narratives that resonate with audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design Data Visualisation: Create engaging digital designs for data storytelling, including infographics and standard charts. Partner with the Data & Analytics team to develop and regularly update design templates for client-facing Insight Reports. Recommend and educate teams on the latest data visualization techniques, enabling them to incorporate these into their work. Enhance the design quality of Insights Reports, especially for high-value clients, by recommending tailored design elements. Lead the design of insights developed by the DnA team for briefs from commercial teams. Create visually engaging formats such as infographics, motion graphics, or short animations (e.g., gifs, video snippets) to enhance storytelling and engagement. Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, prioritizing effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders across DnA, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure insights are visually engaging, easy to interpret, and impactful for clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- At least 4 years of experience in insights and data visualisation design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and performance marketing assets.
- Experience managing multiple projects within a global operation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and G Suite.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their design nuances.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Deep understanding of data analysis and visualisation techniques.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for landing pages or email templates.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing is a plus.
