We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Field Marketing Manager to join our team and help lead our event marketing strategy for our most important enterprise clients. This is a pivotal role in our rapidly scaling, mission-driven commercial team. You will be responsible for creating high-impact experiences that build our brand, generate pipeline, and foster strong relationships with key business leaders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Event Strategy and Execution: You will design and deliver a comprehensive owned-events programme, including webinars, panel discussions, networking receptions, and executive dinners, all tailored to engage our enterprise clients and prospects.
- Content and Speaker Management: You’ll take the lead on sourcing and securing high-profile speakers, collaborating with them to develop compelling and relevant event content that resonates with our target audience of CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and CHROs.
- Sales Enablement and Collaboration: You will forge strong, collaborative relationships with our sales organisation. We want you to work closely with senior sales leaders to understand their challenges and co-create event-driven solutions and the sales enablement materials to support them.
- Marketing Operations: You’ll use your expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage email communications, workflows, and track event performance. Your familiarity with design and dispatch tools like Figma, Sanity, or Dyspatch is a strong advantage.
- Budget and Project Management: You will have full ownership of your field marketing budget, ensuring all your events and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, while demonstrating a clear return on investment.
- Stakeholder Management: You’ll confidently collaborate with a wide range of senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and successful event outcomes.
Who we’re looking for:
We believe the right candidate will be a passionate and data-driven marketer with a knack for creating unforgettable events. You should have:

- A strong ability to think strategically, identifying key business gaps and opportunities that you can address through targeted events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with sales teams and senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from conception to completion.
- Experience in selling to CIO, CDO, or CTO personas is a significant plus.
It would be great if you also had:
- A passion for content creation, with experience repurposing event content into blog posts, content series, and other valuable assets in partnership with a content team.
