The role… The Marketing Executive will develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and webinars. You will be coordinating webinars, managing the website updates, joining calls with the clients, running the webinar tech run and live webinar. It is a busy schedule with sometimes as many as 4 webinars a week and multiple client calls.
What you’ll be doing…
- Maintaining and managing the database
- Create email and social campaigns using HubSpot
- Scheduling marketing campaigns
- Produce regular reports to share with the client
- Liaising with clients regarding marketing and the webinar operations
- Webinar coordination – Juggling multiple webinars at one time
- Managing campaigns on social media (banners, social media schedule)
Essential Skills and Experience
- Hosting webinars – This will include introducing the webinar and asking the speakers questions at the end
