BDB is looking for an Associate Creative Director who can bring passion, confidence, leadership and inspiration to a creative team that’s already making waves. As a creator-first social agency, we believe in building social strategy, creative and storytelling around creators. We’re not here to bolt them onto someone else’s idea; we shape the idea with creators from the start. We’re looking for an experienced creative thinker who will improve our creative offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Thinking: You’ll be the main creative thinker on BDB's largest and most complex creative briefs across a variety of marketing channels, all powered by creators. You’ll be expected to develop and articulate compelling and original creative solutions for these projects with full autonomy.
  • Creative Direction, Leadership & Mentorship: You’ll qualify briefs for the creative team, and define the creative team output per project. Interrogating briefs to identify unseen creative opportunities and ensure that they create the environment for creative success.
  • Client Relations: You’ll be comfortable and more than capable at building relationships with day-to-day clients at a brand level, establishing yourself as the creative point of content for all projects from that brand.
  • Business & Commercial Understanding: You’ll have a deep commercial understanding of every idea you and your team are proposing.
