Procore is seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on expanding our Enterprise business. In this role, you’ll contribute to driving the expansion of Procore’s renowned SaaS sales organization and our mission of revolutionising the multi-trillion dollar construction industry. You will cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and support.
Renowned for our vibrant company culture and innovative sales strategies, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence. Based in London, UK, this position reports to the General Manager for Europe, and serves as a key member of the European Corporate Sales Management Team.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new Enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships to meet targets.
- Manage diverse enterprise deals across market segments.
- Lead the European Enterprise sales team and all related sales activities.
- Build and retain a high-performing Enterprise sales team and manage performance.
- Coordinate sales strategy and operations for the Enterprise segment in Europe.
- Partner with marketing to drive revenue targets for the Enterprise segment.
- Provide leadership to the Enterprise sales team, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Enterprise revenue targets for Europe.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Proven success in quota-carrying software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience managing and developing a team of sales representatives.
- Familiarity with developing relationships in the Enterprise sector, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
- A strong track record of executing aggressive growth strategies and consistently exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and promoting sales talent.
- Experience selling through various channels, including boardroom meetings, product demos, and social selling.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range £92,000 - £126,500 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of £184,000 - £253,000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
