About the Role: Activate Learning are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance Team to coordinate, review and support the implementation of common QA processes, acting as the contact point for curriculum staff and Awarding Organisations, along with providing support to the regionally based Business Partners. This is a permanent, full-time role based across our Berkshire colleges, which covers our Reading and Bracknell campuses. Travel between campuses will be required.
What do you need to be successful as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Activate Learning? We would welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working with educational data within the FE sector, particularly with a quality, data or curriculum background. The candidate should be self-motivated with exceptionally high attention to detail and have experience of supporting colleagues and providing feedback to aid their development. The candidate will provide local support and training on quality processes and quality business systems in their local area; subsequently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key. Experience of using dashboards, ProMonitor/ProAchieve or equivalent systems is desirable.
