We’re Redefine Studio, a small but mighty creative duo helping brands tell better stories through visuals, strategy and design. Our clients span food & drink, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, events, property and beyond.

We’re on the lookout for a part-time Content Creator to help us capture, edit and post short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, BTS, branded stories) for the clients we work with.

What we’re looking for:

  • A creative who lives and breathes content – TikTok trends, storytelling, behind-the-scenes moments
  • Someone confident, capturing video and photos on the fly – in cafés, showrooms, restaurants, studios, events, wherever the story is happening
  • Strong editing skills for short-form content – you know how to hook viewers and keep them watching
  • Comfortable posting directly to social channels when needed (with a good sense of voice and vibe)
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and happy working both with us and occasionally solo on client sites
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented – no ego, just good work and good energy

Requirements:

  • Part-time, approx. 24 hours/week (3 days) – flexible schedule.
  • Based in or near Liverpool – travel for on-site shoots required
  • Some background in photo/video or creative media
  • Experience in content for hospitality, lifestyle or brand marketing
  • Your own laptop and phone/camera setup for editing and posting (at least for now)
  • Must be available for occasional evenings or weekends
  • Editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, etc
  • Able to show a portfolio or content samples

Pay & Perks:

  • £16,000 per annum (Real Living Wage equivalent for 24 hrs/week)
