We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join the Cathedral City marketing team. This is a full-mix marketing role where you’ll support and lead key initiatives to drive brand growth across the UK and international markets. From NPD and packaging to digital campaigns and performance tracking, you’ll play a role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s most loved cheese brands. Our expanding team is a testament to our strong growth momentum and ambitious future plans making this an exciting opportunity to join us and make a meaningful impact.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
- Leading and supporting brand initiatives across the Cathedral City portfolio, including our Plant-Based range
- Developing and executing integrated marketing plans for Cathedral City Plant-Based across paid, owned, and earned channels — from NPD and packaging to pricing and promotions
- Managing A&P budgets for Cathedral City Plant-Based and ensuring smooth PO processing
- Contributing to the development of our long-term (3–5 year) brand growth strategy
- Activating annual brand campaigns and trade press activity
- Co-creating digital strategies and tracking performance against key KPIs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Customer Marketing, Category & Insights, and R&D
- Monitoring brand performance and turning insights into actionable strategies
