Salary: Starting from £55,000 per annum

Working Hours: 39 hours on average per week. 9 days across 2 weeks (Monday to Friday on week 1 & Monday to Thursday on week 2).

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and consistent Employee Relations advice and support to both employees and managers based at Hinkley Point C. You will lead complex case management, ensuring that organisational risks around people activities are effectively managed and mitigated. You will also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support Wilson James.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What we need from you:

  • A Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Significant Employee Relations experience in a management role working in an industrial unionised environment.
  • Professional Qualification – (preferably CIPD)
  • Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector, including major construction projects.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Politically aware - understands the multi stakeholder context in which the role operates and manifests a collaborative approach.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • A positive and dynamic approach to challenges faced and ability to set high expectations.
