For Companies We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work nights for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (Driver chooses which pattern).
- Start times will be between 2000 and 2200 each day.
- Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay with OT paid out after 9.6 hours each day.
The successful Class 1 Driver will:
- Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months.
- Have a valid tacho and DQC card.
- Have a positive can do attitude.
Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:
- Trunking goods around the UK.
- Trailer swaps and backloads.
You will receive:
- Nights - £18.75 per hour.
- Nights OT after 9.6 hours daily - £28.12 per hour.
