Primary Responsibilities:- Support the Clinical Research Manager and team throughout the study lifecycle, from start-up to closure.
- Assist with trial and site administration, especially during site start-up.
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams.
- Maintain financial files and support negotiations.
- Coordinate meetings and interact with stakeholders such as study sites and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and maintain tracking systems.
- Manage clinical documents and assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation.
- B.A./B.S. in Life Sciences or healthcare equivalent.
- 1-2 years in Clinical Research in a similar role.
- Experience in clinical payments, contracts, and financial correspondence.
- Administrative support experience in clinical trials.
- Fluent or proficient in English.
- Understanding of global and regional clinical research guidelines.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Effective communication skills with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with financial/legal negotiations, executing payments, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
