Job Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst for OT security projects in areas of NIS-2/e-CAF, Data Encryption, HMI upgrades, SCADA MFA, OT Endpoint protection and hardening, Asset lifecycle management, etc. The main responsibility is to work with the stakeholders to establish what is required under each of these projects, define those requirements and draw the roadmaps and plans to deliver the required capabilities/outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior Business Analyst experience in OT Security is a must.
- The Business Analyst needs to showcase experience in understanding business requirements and processes, identify risks and threats that could impact the organisation's operations, data, and assets.
- This involves identifying vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications, solution evaluation (i.e. evaluate cybersecurity technologies, tools, and services to determine their suitability for addressing the organisation's security needs), business impact analysis, communication, and collaboration (experience in working with Agile methodology, preferably Azure DevOps).
- BA must be able to organise workshops to collect business needs, technical requirements, and functional specifications for OT cybersecurity projects.
- Strong OT background is a must and water sector experience is highly desirable and will be a differentiator.
- Understanding of NIS-2/e-CAF, Purdue model, IT and OT convergence is essential.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including their architecture, protocols, and security challenges.
