This is a hands-on role. You’ll need to be comfortable doing a bit of everything: tweaking SEO, building landing pages, setting up LinkedIn ads, and refining HubSpot automations. You won’t be doing it alone - you’ll work closely with the founders, sales team and operations team to shape campaigns grounded in real buyer insight.

What you’ll do day to day:

  • Run and refine paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google), iterating targeting and creative to drive qualified leads.
  • Build and test landing pages using Webflow (writing copy, basic design/HTML/CSS tweaks).
  • Optimise lifecycle marketing (nurture emails, webinar invites, NPS triggers) inside HubSpot.
  • Get stuck into SEO - from small on-page fixes to testing what helps us rank better over time.
  • Partner with sales to build account-based ad sets and targeted content offers.
  • Own weekly growth reporting (CPL, CAC, funnel health) and use data to guide spend.
  • Stay scrappy and adaptive, learning new channels, tools or strategies as needed.

You’ll thrive in this role if...

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS - you’ve worked in growth or demand gen for 1-4 years and can show what worked (and what didn’t).
  • Fluent in AI tools - you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to generate copy, spin up creative ideas, or run quick data analysis without relying on agencies.
  • Naturally cross-functional - you’ve dabbled in SEO, paid ads, email nurture, analytics, and want to deepen your skills across the board.
  • Hands-on with tools - you know your way around LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Webflow, HubSpot, and a CMS or two.
  • Obsessed with learning - you’re curious, self-motivated, and have a track record of figuring things out fast.
  • Driven by impact - you’re excited to build something meaningful from the ground up.
  • Experiment-minded - you love testing ideas, solving problems creatively, and making decisions based on data.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience marketing to HR, Benefits or H&S buyers.
  • Video editing chops for scrappy customer clips.
  • Previous startup experience or generalist background.

Salary: £48-53k base + performance bonus tied to MQL / CAC targets
