Senior/Lead Designer (Experienced)

At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking to hire an experienced Senior/Lead Architect on a fixed-term, full-time contract to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate should have strong detailing and delivery skills, with substantial coordination and construction stage experience (RIB 3+).

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Produce details and construction drawings
• Work independently to resolve design and technical issues
• Research products and specifications

Skills Required:

• Must demonstrate Revit proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge in coordination and detailing

Required experience:

• Qualified Part 3 Architect (or equivalent international qualification) with demonstrable and relevant experience of working in practice
• Previous experience of working on large scale, complex projects is beneficial
• Experience delivering packages at RIBA stages 3+ or equivalent
