We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist (100% Commission-Only)

Who We Are
Alphamax Digital Services builds high-performance WooCommerce stores for Shopify users fed up with rising fees. We serve fast-growing e-commerce merchants in the US & UK with custom web design projects ranging from $4,000–$120,000 (US) and £3,600–£68,000 (UK).
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify e-commerce store owners, focusing on Shopify merchants ready to migrate to WooCommerce
- Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, cold DMs, email, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.)
- Hand off qualified appointments to our closers, or close your own for higher splits
- Report weekly on your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, and closed-deal revenue
Compensation & Upside
- 10% on your first 3 closed deals (within 60 days)
- 7% on every closed deal thereafter
- 15–20% bonus split if you both source and personally close
- Avg. monthly potential: $2,000–$8,000+
