The Role Scope

Provide support and HR advice to departments and assist with HR functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection, including advertising, attending fairs, interviewing, and selection
  • Providing HR advice to departments
  • Managing leavers, changes to terms, probation confirmation
  • Handling discipline and grievance procedures
  • Staff consultation advice
  • Updating policies in line with legislation
  • Absence management
  • Supporting staff surveys and security access systems
  • Overseeing inductions and illegal worker prevention
  • Managing benefits, headcount, and job descriptions
  • Supporting training programs and monitoring leave
  • Representing the department in meetings and attending training
  • Ensuring safety compliance
  • Performing other duties as needed
