Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in quantitative trading, advancing trading sophistication and automation
  • Collaborate on signal and model research, develop new trading strategies, and work with technologists to implement them
  • Partner with sales to optimize liquidity and meet client needs

Your skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in electronic FX Spot trading, preferably with other asset classes
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, including deep learning, with experience in Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Jax, or PyTorch
  • Strong programming skills in Python, KDB, and preferably Java or C++
  • Deep experience in quantitative research, data analysis, and strategy development
  • Educational background with a PhD or Bachelor's in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Econometrics, or Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Experience coaching and mentoring in a quantitative research/trading environment
