I am currently recruiting for a Project Sales Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Hampshire. Salary up to £50,000 + Car + 20% Bonus + Benefits. The organisation employs over 250 people and has a turnover in excess of £75 million. They’ve been going through a very busy period over recent years and as a result achieved 41% YOY growth last year. They are industry specialists and provide their services across the UK and Europe. Having been established longer than most of their rivals they are a trusted name in the market and have a reputation of excellence across all aspects of the work they do.
To support a continued very exciting period of growth they have the need to appoint a Project Sales Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role as a Project Sales Engineer, you will be working closely with the Business Development Manager for the region converting warm leads they will be generating for you. This will involve going to site to conduct necessary site surveys, specifying equipment and proposing tenders with a view of winning the work. Once the work is won you will hand this over to the operations team who will execute the delivery of the projects, but you will still oversee the projects to ensure smooth delivery.
Ideal Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience
- Experience in a Project Sales role or similar
- Experience overseeing installation projects
