Libertatem Healthcare is seeking a Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker in Middlewich due to our clients’ needs. Our client is a 9-year-old girl who requires support in her own home. We are looking for a bubbly, proactive individual who will support our client after school and outside of term time. There is also an opportunity to progress and become a team leader.

School Holidays: Monday to Friday 10:00-20:30, Saturdays 10:00-20:30

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our client with accessing the community
  • Driving her WAV (Automatic)
  • Assisting our client with using her motorised wheelchair

Training & Background Checks: An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to starting work. Support will be provided by our clinical lead nurse. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in support work while working alongside experienced therapists and professionals. Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory depending on the client’s needs.
