Join our Market Operations division, which provides independent specialist verification, confirmation, booking and settlement facilities for a variety of products and currencies. What role will you play?
Sitting on the trading floor, you will provide operational support to the Equity Trading and Derivatives business who trade a wide range of listed and unlisted equity-based products across Australia, Asia, EMEA and the US. In collaboration with our Sales, Trading, Business Managers and Technology teams, you will address various client-related matters, serving as an internal coordinator to ensure we deliver solutions to clients within a competitive timeframe. You will ensure prompt and appropriate escalation of issues that impact clients and manage post-trade allocation and trade exceptions for Synthetic clients. In addition, you will participate in global and local projects/initiatives aimed at continuously improving and enhancing client experience, achieving efficiency and cost reduction, mitigating operational risks, streamlining existing processes and conducting UAT testing.
