LONDON - Rarely do roles of this calibre come onto the open market. Our client is looking for a Company Director to lead a team of high billing Consultants and grow and develop the team even further. You must be smart, professional, have a strong work ethic, be personable, adaptable and carry the gravitas and credibility one would expect from this level of role.
Whilst there is already a generous remuneration package in place, the real cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake is the stock options where you can hope to either be part of an MBO in a few years time or take your chunk of money with you and go and lie on a beach somewhere!!!
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of building and developing teams of this stature, must have a track record of developing a Perms team and should have a solid, naturally progressive CV. This role may suit either an established Director or a Senior Manager looking to take the next step in their career. This is a truly wonderful opportunity and as such should not be missed.
