Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG Export and Import people for well established and Niche sector Freight Forwarders based in Heathrow area. Job Description:- * Dealing with AOG\’s shipments (start to finish) – Either Export or Imports For Exports:- * Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client’s requirements. * Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. * Completing MAWB’s and HAWB\’s * Completion of NES Customs entries * Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork. * Dealing with overseas agents. * Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently. For Imports:- * Completing Import customs entries * Liaising with Airlines, GSA\’s and Handling Agents * Dealing with Overseas Agent All hours ans Shifts required!!!!!
