The Opportunity
Here at QVC UK, we have been voted as a certified top employer for ten years running – right now, we are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service to join our award-winning Contact Centre located in Knowsley!
Hourly Pay: £11.64 per hour
Contract type: Permanent Part-time On Call Weekends Saturday & Sunday 15 hours per week
The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Saturday-Sunday between 07:00-18:00. You will be given 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.
Your Impact – What will I do as an Orderline Representative?
Reporting to one of our contact centre leaders, you will be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and be passionate about providing world-class customer service. Our Orderline team members handle inbound customer calls, efficiently & accurately processing customer orders whilst promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty. While working as part of a team to ensure our overall success, you will also work towards achievable individual performance targets. To set you up for success and ensure you are ready to excel in your role, you will receive a supportive onboarding process including two weeks of training.
Remote working approach: (Minimum of first 3 months working onsite)
We aim to provide a flexible workplace where you can enjoy a combination of working from home and office-based work. After passing your 3-month probationary period, your Leader can discuss available options that suit you.
