About the Role
LA International, Europe's leading independent technology Recruitment Consultancy, is recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join a well-established growing business based in Stoke on Trent. You will be employed directly within the Finance department, reporting to the Credit Control Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer invoicing with supporting information accurately and timely to UK and International clients via various systems and processes.
- Identify and report missing customer POs regularly.
- Take initiative to resolve issues delaying invoicing, liaising with other departments for resolution.
- Handle bank receipt allocations, credit notes, and sales ledger reconciliation.
- Minimize work not yet invoiced to optimize cash flow.
- Meet deadlines as set by the Team Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Sales Ledger, including bank receipt allocations and reconciliations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
