Job Purpose
Manage the working relationships with key partners (e.g. Client Servicing team, Panel Partners) to ensure we are working collaboratively to deliver against business requirements. Ensuring panel critical metrics and Questionnaire changes are met and delivered to clients' needs.
Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and logically minded candidate, who has an interest in the food and drinks sector to join a fast paced and innovative Global Operations team. This is an important role in our growing business, so we can support our key clients such as PepsiCo and Danone's ever-changing needs.
Our Usage Food and Drinks service is the market leading panel service from Kantar Worldpanel. It is the largest syndicated panel of its kind, collecting information from nationally representative samples in Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, Belgium, China, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the Food and Drinks Questionnaire Team to deliver today and tomorrow.
- Be an inspirational and approachable leader, encouraging individuals to be engaged in their work and the wider business vision.
- Support line reports with PDPs, objectives and developments as well carrying out performance reviews.
- Coordinate with regional and local partners to implement global solutions. Design and integrate workflows to accommodate new processes and tools, considering regional differences and business needs.
- Organise workloads and schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong "team" work ethic across the department, encouraging individuals to be engaged in their work and the wider business vision.
- Responsible for all Questionnaire enhancements.
- Planning, Coordinating and Implementing Changes whilst liaising with various partners to ensure we deliver to client's needs.
- Enhance our product and questionnaire system and assist in any new country or product launches.
- Design solutions with the technical team to ensure data quality and integrity across the food and drinks service, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and performance.
- Lead the management of proof-of-concepts or prototypes to validate the proposed solutions.
- Own relationship with Panel Partners and ensure Panel critical metrics are met.
- Ensure Fieldwork starts and closes on schedule, selecting sample for relevant projects.
- Assist with Data Queries and investigate panel and data related queries.
Key Skills/Experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Project Management: Experience in managing end to end projects and meeting deadlines (3-4 years' experience).
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners at all levels and across different cultures. Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners across business groups, with proven experience of challenging the status quo. Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address data processing challenges.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Ability to correctly balance and challenge global and local needs to deliver operational goals and make Kantar simpler and stronger.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a client-centric culture.
- Comfortable leading and influencing individuals and teams across different countries and cultures.
Nice To Have (but Not Essential)
- Knowledge of questionnaire scripting systems such as Confirmit, Dimensions, Lumi, Tivian (Questback).
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft SQL Server Databases.
