This role will focus on designing enterprise-grade features that support complex organizational needs, enhance team collaboration, and make it easier to manage and unlock data at scale. Your work will directly impact key business metrics by helping drive increased ARR and retention through experiences tailored for large teams and data-heavy use cases.
Things You Will Do:
- Identify, execute, and iterate on how enterprise customers collaborate and manage data at scale within Typeform
- Create UX and visual designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other design stakeholders
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct research independently or with support from the Research team
- Run workshops and feedback sessions
- Leverage and contribute to the Design System
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong experience in 0-to-1 product development, not just feature enhancements
- Confidence in driving the full design process, from discovery through to execution
- Skilled in creating intuitive, visually polished user interfaces
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs
- Comfortable working with and contributing to Design Systems
- Proven experience designing SaaS products, especially tools aimed at marketers
- A solid portfolio of case studies that showcase your design thinking and impact
- Fluency in English
