Overview of the role as a General Manager: We are hiring a General Manager to lead our Cannock operation and take full responsibility for day to day performance, team management, and service delivery. You will be in charge of a 50 strong workforce, managing everything from logistics and scheduling to client relationships and contract oversight. This is a senior leadership role with significant autonomy - ideal for someone who can combine operational rigour with strong commercial judgement.
Responsibilities as a General Manager:
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service delivery
- Lead and develop a diverse team across office, driver, and field staff functions
- Maintain high standards in customer service, health & safety, and compliance
