Qualified Dispensing Optician Position

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join a high-end independent practice in Nottingham. Established over 15 years ago, this client has an unrivalled reputation across Nottingham. The practice offers a bespoke selection of high-end products and services. They operate an open ear policy and are looking for someone with the drive and ambition to elevate their career and the practice to the next level. With brand new systems and a complete practice refurbishment, this is a unique opportunity to join a progressive independent!

Salary

Up to £37,000 per annum

Responsibilities

1. Dispensing spectacles to all levels
2. Conducting pre-screen tests and contact lens teachings
3. Frame styling and advising patients on their options

Requirements

Applicants should have strong dispensing knowledge and a flair for fashion. Previous high-end experience is preferred. Confidence in troubleshooting shop floor problems, a friendly and personable demeanor, and a strong work ethic are essential. A customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues are also required.
