Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting NPD and EPD projects from concept through to launch.
  • Creating and developing product samples for customer presentations and internal approval.
  • Working cross-functionally with Technical, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Supporting factory trials, scale-up, and process validation activities.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate development documentation, including trial reports and specifications.
  • Staying up to date with food trends, competitor activity, and new ingredient opportunities.

  • Annual Salary of £37,000
  • 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)
  • Monday to Friday – Office Hours
  • Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
