Responsibilities:- Leading and supporting NPD and EPD projects from concept through to launch.
- Creating and developing product samples for customer presentations and internal approval.
- Working cross-functionally with Technical, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Supporting factory trials, scale-up, and process validation activities.
- Managing and maintaining accurate development documentation, including trial reports and specifications.
- Staying up to date with food trends, competitor activity, and new ingredient opportunities.
