The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment

Duties of this role include:

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey, following CHG best practice process maps to provide an efficient, professional, and standard service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
  • Handle all patient queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all hospital attendees, including patients, staff, visitors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage referrals from the Referral Management Centre daily, including triage, adherence to the 18-week Referral to Treatment timescale, and management of SPOT contract patients.
