Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, pre-sales and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress and resolving any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance measures are in place.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions, working closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project profitability, including cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Track project performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a focus on delivering multiple projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects in the public sector.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
