Permanent, whole year, part time 25 hours per week working Monday to Friday, 6.45am to 11.45am.

Salary: Grade 5 £25,183 to £26,409 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £17,015.54 - £17,843.92 per annum.

The successful candidate will:

  • be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the building and site security
  • need to demonstrate their understanding of safe working practices and compliance
  • liaise and supervise contractors
  • support the effective operation of the school

Duties will include:

  • security and safety
  • maintenance and cleaning
  • minor repairs
  • minor painting and decorating
  • joinery
  • plumbing
  • health and safety
