John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and decisive Caretaker to join our evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will:
- be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the building and site security
- need to demonstrate their understanding of safe working practices and compliance
- liaise and supervise contractors
- support the effective operation of the school
Duties will include:
- security and safety
- maintenance and cleaning
- minor repairs
- minor painting and decorating
- joinery
- plumbing
- health and safety
