We are excited to be recruiting for a new Senior Sales Negotiator & Account Lead to join our Mayfair luxury property team, managing and growing our affiliation with Christies International Real Estate (CIRE). This role is ideal for an experienced negotiator seeking a new challenge and the unique opportunity to act as the account lead for CIRE. You will work on a varied portfolio of residential properties, generating new sales business for the office. Join our fun and dynamic team of nine professionals, covering sales and lettings. We are a friendly, laid-back team offering activities such as work socials and office events. Main tasks:
- Senior Negotiator for our Mayfair Luxury property team
- Serve as the key referral contact within our network of Christies International Real Estate Worldwide and Christies Auction house specialists
- Be a key member of our Mayfair Luxury property team, acting as a hub office for our CIRE affiliation
- Build strong relationships with CIRE agents and specialists
- Network within the Mayfair community
- Register applicants and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and oversee the conveyancing process
- Develop new business through market appraisals to meet and exceed office targets
- Contribute to Carter Jonas's success through cross-selling and effective communication with other teams
What will it take to be successful?
We seek someone with proven property sales experience, excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. You should be a strong team player, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. IT literacy and familiarity with databases and relevant software are essential. Experience in the Central London or Super Prime residential sales market is highly desirable.
