This is an exciting opportunity to join a finance function in the midst of a major transformation. The Treasury team is revamping its operating model, rolling out a new system, and reshaping core processes to drive efficiency and control. They are looking for a hands-on Treasury professional to oversee day-to-day operations while playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the new system.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be at the heart of Treasury Operations, ensuring the smooth running of key processes while identifying opportunities to tighten controls and streamline workflows.
  • Alongside BAU responsibilities, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and delivering the future of their treasury platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily Treasury operations, covering cash flow forecasting, payments, FX exposure reporting, bank reconciliations, and loan management.
  • Maintain bank account and settlement instruction records (SSI).
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external audit requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting outputs and enhance service delivery.
  • Drive improvements in the control environment and implement process enhancements.
  • Own and lead areas of the new treasury system implementation including:
  • System configuration and design of reports.
  • Static data setup, data feeds, and mapping logic.
  • Control frameworks.
  • User acceptance testing (UAT).
