This role involves leading BIM implementation, driving standards development, and advancing workflows across a range of exciting projects. The successful candidate will mentor design teams and be a key resource in developing the firm's BIM capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of industry experience.
- 3-5 years in a BIM coordination/management role within an architecture or design practice.
- Proven expertise in BIM processes and standards, particularly for large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong background in Revit, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
- Experience with Navisworks and Enscape, understanding of client BIM requirements and documentation (e.g., BEP, RM).
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Revit standards and content.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, and related tools.
