Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of industry experience.
  • 3-5 years in a BIM coordination/management role within an architecture or design practice.
  • Proven expertise in BIM processes and standards, particularly for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong background in Revit, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience with Navisworks and Enscape, understanding of client BIM requirements and documentation (e.g., BEP, RM).
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing Revit standards and content.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, and related tools.
