Substantive position / 15 hours per week. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the development of our e-learning platform for staff. As an E-Learning Content Developer, you will be essential in maintaining our training model, ensuring Wholetime and Retained operational personnel remain competent and up-to-date in their core disciplines.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative training packages and strategies while enhancing our policies. You will elevate the experience of our diverse audience and empower staff and partner organizations with cutting-edge resources and knowledge.
Working on a range of large and ongoing projects, you will need determination and good time management skills to coordinate resources and equipment effectively, working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes on time. This will be a hybrid role, and working hours and arrangements will be discussed at interview. You will be required to undertake a standard DBS check for this role.
