INKO NITO is an unconventional Japanese restaurant offering robatayaki and sushi with Korean flavour influences. Relaxed, informal, and fun, INKO NITO is in the heart of London’s Soho and is the perfect destination to enjoy a unique dining experience with a vibrant atmosphere and energy.

We are looking for a talented Floor Manager to join our team here at INKO NITO. Our Floor Managers are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining INKO NITO’s high standards.

The requirements

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a hunger to learn
  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Floor Manager in a casual fast pace restaurant
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on, team player
  • Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
