We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our on-site California team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours — ideal for both employed and unemployed candidates looking to contribute to a meaningful mission.

Position Summary: As an Admissions Advisor, you will assist individuals exploring our training and education programs. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, helping potential applicants understand program offerings, complete documentation, and move confidently through the admissions process. This position requires on-site presence at our California facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist prospective clients in person
  • Explain program details, eligibility criteria, and the admissions process
  • Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate applicant readiness
  • Guide applicants through necessary paperwork and enrollment steps
  • Track communications and maintain accurate applicant records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service, Advising, Or Administrative Experience Preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in computers, office tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
  • Must be able to work on-site in California
  • Both currently employed and unemployed candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $34 – $42 per hour
  • Hours: 16 to 32 hours per week (you choose your availability)
