Are you a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years? A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging early years activities
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with children in Nursery or Reception
- Assisting with observations, learning journeys, and assessments
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Helping to maintain classroom routines and behaviour expectations
