This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week based at the H&M Leeds Trinity store in Trinity shopping centre. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store's sales and profit, delivering a Customer First Experience with your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
- Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and supporting development and training
- Analyzing and following up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
- Ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M and local laws to ensure safety for all
