Our client is dedicated to providing compassionate, cutting-edge fertility care in a patient-focused environment. Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their highly skilled laboratory team.
The Role
As a Clinical Embryologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of starting or growing a family. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and ensuring the highest standards of laboratory practice and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine embryology procedures including oocyte retrievals, insemination, embryo culture, ICSI, embryo grading, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer preparations.
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with HFEA guidelines and clinic protocols.
- Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality management and laboratory improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the clinic’s continued excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Scientist (Embryology) or working towards registration.
- Previous experience in a busy clinical embryology setting.
- Familiarity with HFEA regulations and laboratory best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
