Working with agricultural and Animal Health businesses to connect brilliant people. A great opportunity to join a tight knit and hardworking commercial team who has taken the Irish dairy sector by storm. We’re looking for an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify new business opportunities and maximise revenue.
You will be tasked with creating and developing new client relationships and driving sales from clients across the agricultural industry. This role offers a generous base salary and bonus, alongside opportunities for professional development in line with the rapid growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities including new markets and customers within the livestock Industry
- Seek out and identify decision-makers with the objective of building, developing and growing key relationships
- Action new business leads quickly and effectively to secure business and maintain the businesses reputation and market share
- Liaise with new and existing stakeholders, with clear and confident communication
- Use data insights from your networking to feedback on customer insights to improve offered services
- Develop tailored quotes for clients
- Represent the company at a number of industry events, conferences and seminars
- Taking all possible actions to drive revenue and grow the businesses market share
- Personal or professional experience in the agricultural sector
- Preferably a demonstrated success and confidence in sales
- Pro-active and self-motivated, with strong communication and active listening skills
- Good numerical understanding and the ability to own your sales figures
- Confident problem solving, with strong analytical skills
- Organised and structured, willing to run their own diary
- Willing to travel across the West and Midland regions of Ireland, with a full driving licence
- Excellent base salary up to €85k
