Are you looking to develop your career within touring? AEG Presents International Touring team are looking for a coordinator to assist with all aspects of tour administration including tour planning and budgeting.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Global International Touring team with all tour admin — from planning and budgeting to final reconciliations.
- Help build tour budgets, do financial modelling, and spot cost or revenue changes using past data.
- Coordinate venue bookings and tour routing, including managing holds and checking availability.
- Keep key documents, trackers, and timelines updated throughout every stage of the tour.
- Work with teams across the business — like Marketing, Ticketing, Production, and Finance — to keep tours on track.
- Communicate with promoters, venues, and artist teams to share updates, resolve issues, and keep everyone aligned.
What You’ll Need
- Tour or live event experience– ideally with a focus on coordination and admin within the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong Excel skills– you’re confident building, reading and understanding budgets and financial models.
- A sharp eye for detail and a love of being organised – even when things get hectic.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills– you can work with everyone from artists to accountants and keep projects moving.
- A collaborative mindset – you’re a team player who can build strong working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.

Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark Tube station or Blackfriars Station. We offer flexible start and end times and currently work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely. This role will include overseas travel.
