AA Euro Group are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical works on one of Europe`s largest nuclear facilities. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile project within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of heavy civils and reinforced concrete (RC) packages on a large-scale nuclear construction project.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and project teams.
- Provide technical leadership in heavy civils and RC structures, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Monitor project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget control, forecasting, and cost reporting.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the heavy civils and reinforced concrete sector.
- Prior experience working on nuclear, power, or highly regulated infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large project teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Chartered status (ICE, CIOB, or similar) is advantageous.
