Rocasa Consulting is supporting a large Housing Association with an Interim Facilities Assistant role based in North Somerset, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paying up to GBP 18.74 per hour via Umbrella.
This role involves providing day-to-day operational FM services to colleagues and visitors in a front-facing, customer-focused position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring facilities are safe, clean, well-stocked, maintained, well-presented, and comfortable at all times.
- Applying a consistent FM approach across all office sites.
- Conducting regular checks to ensure offices are clean, safe, secure, and fully stocked, with corrective actions taken when needed.
- Administering meeting room bookings efficiently, ensuring rooms are tidy and equipped.
- Supporting the post room operations and related arrangements.
- Proactively reporting maintenance issues and liaising with landlords or contractors.
- Overseeing planned maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
- Issuing security passes following security protocols.
- Conducting FM activities with consideration for environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Driving license
