Groundworks Project Manager required for large shed in Swindon. Term of contract 18 months minimum. Groundworks Project Manager will have extensive experience of commercial groundworks operations, namely, industrial unit construction. This particular project is a £25 million shed with all associated externals, drainage, bolts bases, utilities, slab and foundations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage groundworks project from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial groundworks and civils project management
