We’re building a B2B SaaS product that helps TikTok Shop sellers in the US and UK unlock deep analytics and grow faster. Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can go beyond launching campaigns — someone who builds systematic, data-driven marketing from scratch, works closely with product, and drives real business impact.
Location: Remote, the team is based in Ukraine and the UK.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for English-speaking markets
- Define clear positioning and messaging for different audience segments (Amazon sellers, TikTok merchants, etc.)
- Work with core marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, retention
- Collaborate closely with the product team: from hypothesis → tests → metrics → product updates
- Build a simple but powerful analytics tracking system (Google Analytics / Mixpanel / Amplitude)
- Drive high-quality traffic and leads — marketing as a growth engine, not just decoration
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (required)
- Proven track record launching products in the US or UK markets
- Experience working with small to mid-tier pricing models ($20–500/month) and subscriptions
- Strong skills in audience segmentation, UVP creation, content marketing
- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email platforms, and CRMs
- English level B2+ or higher — you’ll be working with English-speaking audiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer marketing, launches, or e-commerce communities
- Understanding of TikTok / Amazon ecosystems
- Ability to build educational funnels (webinars, automation, courses)
- A rare combo of structure + flexibility: you can move fast and build a strong foundation
What We Offer:
- Full-time role with remote flexibility
- Direct collaboration with the founder — you’ll be building the marketing engine from zero
- Room to grow into Head of Marketing / CMO
If you’re not afraid of a blank page and want to build something from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you. This is the time to create, not just maintain.
