We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our afternoon shift team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our food products are prepared, manufactured, and packed to the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in a fast-paced production environment where your contribution matters.
Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00
Pay: ÂŁ12.21 per hour
As a Production Operative, you will:
- Prepare, assemble, and pack food products in line with company specifications
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality procedures consistently
- Keep work areas clean and safe throughout your shift (“Clean As You Go”)
- Operate machinery as trained and rotate across various production areas
- Ensure accurate labelling to maintain full traceability
- Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
- Carry out regular checks and escalate any production issues
- Support product changeovers and assist in setting machinery
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to Hellenic Systems and company procedures at all times
- Support the Production of Quality Foods at Sofina
